Support Twitter cards

Re-opening because the logo image is not rendering properly on any of my screens. It's cut off. Please replace it either with a scalable version or just put the text back.

Either way, can gitlab let us see the staged version in gitlab pages?

In the fragment of index.html at the top, which I think you put in for Twitter, you put in a description of the site used by Fedi Foundation, the place we borrowed the layout from.
