Header title does not return to root of site #8

On the top header, where it says Babka, one usually has the functionality of that link to return you to the / of the site, like you would if the link were <a href=/">Babka</a> and it does work, sometimes, but only if the light/dark mode has been switched already, but not otherwise, and it simply links to #, ie an anchor that doesn't go anywhere.
